Some terms used in this Policy are:

"Visitor" - which means a person who visits the websites owned and operated by CleanSurf.

"Cookies" - which are small pieces of information that are stored by an Internet User's browser on the Internet User's hard drive.

Collection of Data

CleanSurf does not collect Internet Visitor identity or contact information from Internet Visitors' visits to CleanSurf Web Sites. For each visitor to a CleanSurf Web site, the visitor's computer reaches us via a particular IP address and/or domain name . CleanSurf's servers automatically collect the IP address and/or domain name, as well as data related the time of the visit, length of the visit, and the pages viewed.

An Internet Visitors browser sets Cookies (when enabled) that contain small amounts of data on the Internet Visitor's computer after a visit to any web site. Cookies assist CleanSurf in tracking Internet Visitors' activities beginning from a Publisher's web site or subscription e-mail through an Advertiser's web site that the Internet Visitor links to from the Publisher's site or e-mail. If the Internet Visitor re-visits the Advertiser's site directly, CleanSurf is able to continue to track the Internet User's activities on the Advertiser's site and reward the Publisher that referred the Internet Visitor. The Cookies themselves tell CleanSurf nothing about the Internet User personally.

No information is obtained from the Internet Visitor or Internet Visitor 's computer to generate the unique identifying number of the Internet User. None of CleanSurf's Cookies are used to perform "Visitor Profiling".

CleanSurf does utilize information that the Visitor provides to CleanSurf for the purposes of selling a product, responding to an inquiry or any other action wherein the Visitor requests contact from CleanSurf for personal or business purposes.

Disabled and Non-functioning Cookies

CleanSurf does not employ any technology or means of preventing an Internet Visitor from disabling the acceptance of a Cookie. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but an Internet Visitor's browser may be set by the Internet Visitor to disable this function. Some Web browsers or similar Internet navigating technology may not support (or consistently support) Cookie technology.

Use and Disclosure of Data

CleanSurf does not sell or rent personally identifying information. CleanSurf does not disclose personally identifying information to anyone that CleanSurf is not authorized to do so. CleanSurf uses anonymous user data to create and report the certain activities of anonymous users.

CleanSurf reserves the right to release information on Visitors and/or Users if compelled to do so by proper judicial or governmental authorities. Disclosure shall be limited to only to those that CleanSurf is compelled to disclose to. At present, all information processing occurs in the United States.

Security Measures

CleanSurf employs industry standard security measures to ensure the security of all data. Access to CleanSurf customer data is accessible via password protection through the User Accounts created by each User, and to designated CleanSurf employees who require system level access in order to perform their jobs. Each User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its own password used for accessing its accounts on the CleanSurf system.

Spam

CleanSurf does not intentionally send unsolicited e-mail messages that could legitimately be construed as spam. CleanSurf Users are held to the same standards.  Any CleanAddress filtered email account that is caught sending unsolicited e-mail will be terminated immediately.
